The Routing Feature allows you to track the mileage used on your routes.
There are a few steps you need to complete to be able to do this.
First, you will need to have equipment added to your account, found in "Resources" tab under "Trucks/Equipment". You will assign the equipment to an employee or crew when adding it.
You can also go back later and assign a crew by editing the equipment. When creating visits, assign that employee or crew to their jobs, so the system will know which equipment to track the mileage for.
Once you have done those things, you will see this information when looking at your routes. You can also pull a report for truck mileage in the "Reports" tab, then scroll down to routes.
