To customize your route's optimization, click the "Team" tab, followed by "Scheduling". From here you can click on "Routes"

Next, arrange the "Daily Stop List" in the order you want them to be by clicking and dragging, then dropping them.

After arranging the visits, click the "Optimize/ Save" button and select "Custom Route Order and Save."
