Multi-step programs are where you perform a different service each visit, and the time between visits may vary.

With Copilot, we make this as easy as possible.
You can set up multi-step templates that you can repeatedly use for different customers.

The first thing you will need to do is create your multi-step template.

To do this, click on the "Team" and "Schedule" Tab.
Once on the schedule, click "Multi-Step Programs," then click  "+ Add a Multi-Step Template."

On this screen, you will define a template name, how many steps the multi-step program will have, how long between each step, etc.

First, in the far left box, enter a template name.

Next, add a step to the template by clicking the "Add Step to Template" button.

This will be the first visit.

Repeat this process to add as many steps as you want in this multi-step template.

For each step added, you will need to choose the days from the previous step and assign items/services and, optionally, an employee or crew.

Once you have saved the template, you can choose it on the multi-step program page, assign a customer to I, and add it to your schedule.
