You can set or change the locations where your route will start and end in two places.

The first place is in Settings (gear icon) under Preferences.

The second way is to change it from the Routes page.

First, you will go to the "Team" tab and click Routes.

Then, above the map, you will see "Set Route Start/ End Locations."
