Error when attempting to save a card on file

When attempting to save a card on file in Copilot, you may have had an error message from Stripe that looks like this:

It most likely means that your Stripe account was not set up correctly or something went wrong in the process of connecting your account.

The simplest way to fix this is to first go to settings and click "Setup & Manage Online Payments" or click this link: https://secure.copilotcrm.com/settings/pay

Then click disconnect Stripe and follow the steps to remove the account.

After that, you can go through the same steps of setting up Stripe by clicking "Connect with Stripe" and signing into your account.

If these steps do not fix the problem, please reach out to the ATC chat and an agent can help resolve the issue!

Please note: You need to have already made your own Stripe account before connecting it to Copilot. Copilot does not make a Stripe account for you.
