You can add notes in several places in your account. Your customers can see some, and some are internal to your company.

You can view any notes you or your employees have added to invoices, estimates, and visits in one place.

To view the notes, go to the Notes Tab.

On the Notes page, you can choose which Notes you want to view.

You can show All Notes, Invoices, and Estimates that have notes, just Events that have notes, just Invoices that have notes, or just Estimates that have notes.

Once you make that selection, you can filter the notes by Customer and Property.
