If a customer requests changes to their estimate or work request, this automation will help make sure that nothing falls through the cracks!


For this automation, we already provide an email template that works great for this. If you do not see this in your account, you can always download it by going to Marketing > Marketplace > System Default Email Templates.

Feel free to edit this automation to your liking (ex. emailing an employee instead of the company owner, or sending by text instead of email).
