Add a Note to a Customer Profile

To add a note to a customer, click the "customer tab>customers" tab.

Find the customer you'd like to add the note to.

Scroll down about mid way on the page on the left hand side, and you will see the box to add Customer notes that only you can see.

This could be for customer preferences, etc.

After you are done typing your customer notes, click anywhere outside of the text box to automatically "save" the note.
