Currently, Copilot does not support Canadian bank e-transfers. Copilot integrates with Stripe or PayPal, but not Plaid. 

For Canadian users, this means customers cannot do an ACH bank transfer at this time.

A potential alternative could be to Enable PayPal where customers can pay via PayPal on the client portal.
