One of the first steps after creating an account is to add your customers
since having customers in Copilot is needed to develop estimates, visits, and invoices.
Next, click on Customers > Customers in the menu.
Then you need to click on the "+ New Customer" button and then click on "Enter New Customer."
Please make sure to fill out the required fields on the new customer page by setting the customer's name, phone number, address, etc.
When you are done and hit the "Save Customer" button, you should see a popup asking if you would also like to add a property to this customer. You should add a property because having a property for a customer is required if you would also like to add a visit to the calendar later on.
Please note: It's also possible to add multiple properties to the same customer.
