On any page, click the blue + New button in the upper right corner. Next, click Property

Enter in the corresponding Property Information. Select the Customer you want this property to be associated with. If the Customer does not exist, press the grey + button next to the dropdown.

Similarly with Property Type, if the Property Type does not exist, you can press the grey + button to add one. Property Type could refer to Primary, Secondary, Rental, or whatever custom name you'd like.

Once the Address has been entered, check the Map generated on the right hand side. Verify if the pin is placed in the correct location. If it is not on the correct house or apartment, or the correct place the visit needs to take place, you can click and drag the red pin to the correct location.

To add other more specific details to the Property, such as Lot Size, Stories, Fence, etc. click See More in the Property Information section.

You will be given all of these fields to enter in or change any information desired.

Continue scrolling down the page to enter as much additional information as you wish. For example, if you wish to always assign specific crews to this property. Or always perform certain Items or Services

Additionally, any information with Custom Fields, Property Notes, or Photos/Documents you want to attach to this property can be added.

A Custom Field can be for whatever additional information you want measured or recorded for properties.

Property Note such as they have a dog or owner is hard of hearing can be added and will not be visible to the customer.

Potential Photos/Documents you may want to add could include photos of the property so the crew on site can verify they're in the right spot.

Once all information you wish to enter for this property has been completed, press the Save Property button at the bottom of the page.

You can now find this property associated with the Customer you have saved it to, or by searching for the address in the Global Search Bar
